I know you tried a subscription approach to your a blog a few years ago.Grahamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11282937250538290233noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4632917762058918179.post-21732521516529013242014-06-24T22:08:00.445+02:002014-06-24T22:08:00.445+02:00My long-in-the-making book just on the Roussillon ...My long-in-the-making book just on the Roussillon will perhaps finally see the light of day this year... Plan is to publish as an e-book and print-on-demand making it easier and quicker to update. Difficult to keep the motivation and required discipline not knowing if it will make any money so is it worth it... Watch this very vast space... I think the blog has maybe made many books obsolescent, lists of producers and marks for various vintages soon become outdated other than those big investment regions. My copy of Coates' Burgundy from 20 years ago has been gathering dust for ages. My favourite book is Jefford's New France which took a wider approach and, whilst recommending producers and wines, is more general. It helps that he is a marvelous writer by any standards.<br />However, if you want a researcher to help you :)Alan Marchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12942736298194986394noreply@blogger.com
